I found this training document while going through my multi-housing ministry stuff. It’s adaptable and in PDF format at KNCSB’s web site but you can go to Zamzar to convert it to a Word or Open Office document. They stress that this is just a template and is not exhaustive by any means. I thought it was helpful enough to file for later. Let me know if this helps anyone.
