Doctrinal Control?
We are getting ready to begin a house church in Kansas City while working with our sending church and a network of likeminded leaders and churches. The question I’m constantly getting is geared more toward the churches that may start as a result of our start. It is this: “How do you maintain doctrinal integrity within the house church?” If anyone has been asked this question and has answered it (with any type of answer) I’d like to know what you’ve said. Apparently accountability among leadership, biblical teaching, mentoring, and “how does your church do so” aren’t good enough answers for those who’ve asked me. Any thoughts welcomed.
